Day-to-Day Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide clients with a timely, efficient, and comprehensive service in line with any response time KPIs in place.
  • Advise clients on the contents of documentation, identify any risk areas and give commercial advice where appropriate.
  • Sit client-facing meetings through digital platforms and create employment documentation per the company's policies and procedures.
  • Offer clients options regarding utilizing other services Peninsula provides and make such introductions accordingly.
  • Actively seek and encourage client feedback through various methods to promote and improve the company's online reputation.
  • Record all work accordingly using Salesforce and other systems.
  • Ensure that personal knowledge of HR and Employment Law Documentation advice and best practices is continually updated.
  • Manage workload in accordance with the company's current policies, procedures, SLAs, and KPIs.
  • Proactively building rapport and relationships with clients to increase the value of services provided.
  • Referring to the company's internal training and legal updates to ensure that all documentation and advice are legally compliant.
  • Own tasks and cases from the outset to resolution, ensuring they are executed to a high-quality level.
  • To build relationships and rapport with clients, considering the language used and the way information is presented.
  • Review existing documentation, make corrections, and develop new documentation to meet clients' ever-changing needs.
  • Assist HRBPs with administrative work and documentation creation after their consultation meeting.
  • To carry out other tasks that are deemed necessary by the Management Team.

Education/Experience

  • CHRP/CPHR designation is mandatory.
  • A minimum of one (3) years of relevant work experience
  • A degree or diploma from an accredited HR education or training program

  • Ability to adapt to new projects, initiatives, and innovation as we progress and develop the department in which we work.
