We are entrepreneurial-minded organization that welcomes and support individual idea and strategies. We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our HR Department as a HR Analyst who owns Workday HCM administration, end-to-end HR reporting, performance management cycles, and workforce productivity analytics across Charger Logistics Inc. and affiliated entities. Translates HR data into actionable intelligence for HR leadership and the executive team.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer Workday HCM: maintain employee records, org structure, business processes, and security roles across all entities
  • Build and maintain custom Workday reports, dashboards, and scheduled extracts for HR and business leaders
  • Own recurring HR metrics suite: headcount, turnover, time-to-fill, absenteeism, span of control, and compensation analytics
  • Develop and maintain a Power BI (or equivalent) HR dashboard integrating Workday and other workforce data sources
  • Administer end-to-end performance review cycles in Workday Performance including calibration setup, completion tracking, and rating reporting
  • Analyze workforce productivity data by department and cost center; surface trends to HR and operations leadership
  • Ensure Workday data integrity and entity segregation across different business segments.
  • Produce workforce analytics packages for quarterly and annual executive review

Workday HCM, Power BI, Excel (Advanced), Workable, Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint), 


Requirements
  • 2+ years in an HR Analyst, HRIS Analyst, or People Analytics role
  • Hands-on Workday HCM experience
  • Advanced Excel and Power BI (or Tableau) skills
  • Experience supporting full performance review cycles
  • Workday certification and/or experience with workforce productivity platforms are strong assets
