Provides first-line technical support for cloud infrastructure, including troubleshooting, incident resolution, system configuration, monitoring, and performance optimization. Supports cloud integrations, platform administration, documentation, user requests, and deployment of cloud-based projects. Collaborates with senior IT professionals and cross-functional teams, stays current with cloud technologies, contributes to security and efficiency improvements, and participates in on-call support rotations.

Coordinate, track and trace shipments; manage customer expectations and provide updates; assign shipments to business units; maintain client/vendor databases; report weekly KPIs; assist Customer Service Manager and VP of Sales with meetings and operational tasks; develop client relationships to expand business.

Build and deploy production AI agents and MCP integrations for logistics workflows. Design multi-agent orchestration, implement LLM integration and retrieval pipelines (RAG/KAG/CAG), and deploy agent infrastructure on Kubernetes with observability and GitOps.

Prepare and file indirect tax returns (HST/GST), reconcile tax reports and GL accounts, support audits and CRA inquiries, maintain tax rules, advise on compliance and process improvements, and collaborate on new initiatives to ensure correct tax treatment.

Coordinate truck and trailer maintenance and hazmat labeling compliance, manage vendor scheduling and repair approvals per DOT regulations, communicate status to drivers, dispatch, customers and vendors, track resolution timelines, identify warrantable repairs and file claims, and generate simple reports to monitor breakdowns and repairs.

Analyze large financial datasets, build dashboards and data models (Power BI/Tableau/Excel), support forecasting, KPIs, and reporting automation; collaborate with finance and accounting to deliver data-driven insights and audit support.

Drive growth of contract logistics, warehousing, and fulfillment services by prospecting new clients, managing pipelines, developing pricing and proposals, engaging decision-makers, closing deals, and maintaining post-sale account relationships to ensure long-term client satisfaction.

Design and implement enterprise cloud infrastructure across Azure and GCP. Architect Kubernetes platforms (AKS/GKE), CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions), GitOps and IaC (Terraform). Enforce Zero Trust and automate SOC 2/ISO 27001 compliance, build observability and developer self-service platforms, lead and mentor engineering teams, and drive cloud migrations, governance, and cost optimization.

Design, build, and optimize high-performance .NET Core backend microservices. Implement observability (tracing, logging, metrics), improve service-to-service communication and PostgreSQL performance, maintain CI/CD, support deployments (blue/green, canary), collaborate with DevOps/QA/frontend, and troubleshoot production issues in a large distributed system.

Support audit readiness and financial reporting across multiple entities: prepare reconciliations, audit evidence packages, manage audit lifecycle, coordinate cross-functional deliverables, and support quarterly and year-end close activities.
