About the People & Culture (HR) team: 

The People & Culture Partner (C&P) role has been designed to provide the strategic arm to Business Unit Leadership in meeting their Global HR requirements. In this role, the C&P will liaise with the business leaders & managers to execute HR initiatives relevant to business & recommend HR solutions aligned to business objectives. 

This work includes, but is not limited to, maximizing workforce capability, providing change leadership, managing end to end employee lifecycle, supporting day-to-day operations as well as proactively engaging in process improvements. The incumbent will collaborate with other HR vertical leaders & Centers of Excellence to identify, influence and deliver sustainable changes. 

This role drives project management for various People initiatives including management training & development, succession planning, policy review & implementation. We are open to hiring candidates to work HYBRID out of one of the following locations: Boston Metro, MA  and Toronto, Ontario 

About the role - HR Business Partner (HRBP): 

  • As a member of the Business Leadership team, align business leaders to the C&P vision & in turn, be the voice of business to design and deliver People practices that support business objectives.

  • Work closely with the Global Head of People & Culture; and the Founding Partners to develop policies, processes and change which enable the growth and maturity of the business. 

  • Work with the Regional Founders and Leadership to develop practices which enable significant growth while protecting the culture and values of  Quantiphi

  • Proactive liaison & consultation with business stakeholders to understand dynamic needs of business, suggest & implement innovative solutions aligned to changing priorities.

  • Work with cross functional Centers of Excellence to facilitate end to end needs for the business including Talent Management, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Staffing, Succession Planning, Organization Structure & Skills Assessments.

  • Deliver essential improvements that need to be driven across the business based on feedback received from ESAT, Climate survey, Attrition data, Audits & others. 


Basic Qualifications:

  • At least 8 years' experience in the HR space with a minimum of 4+ years as an HRBP in a high growth global environment. We are an AI-First company

  • Solid experience as an HR Business Partner with sufficient fluency about every HR function in a company. Previous HR experience in a Services tech company (Consulting , Cloud, Data, AI/ML, or GenAI)  is a big plus

  • Practical knowledge, skills and experience  of HR disciplines such as Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations & Development, DE&I, Workforce Planning for Sales and Technical teams.

  • Bachelor's degree with relevant HR and/or Business domain experience. Master’s is highly desirable

  • Strong knowledge of Federal and State employment laws in the US and Canada. Relevant HR Qualification. 

  • Proven record of partnering efficiently with global Business Unit leaders to drive HR initiatives & deliver business results

  • Thought leadership around “solving what matters”, coaching &  influencing leaders and teams alike

  • Develop, implement and execute on important HR initiatives working with the Business leaders as well as collaborating cross-functionally

  • Hybrid model

Other Qualifications

  • A Trusted Advisor who has coached, advised, argued and influenced at an Executive level. 

  • A career path covering several HR functions, delivering across geographies including Asia or Europe 

  • A Cultural Ambassador - demonstrating the ability to advise and execute whilst protecting the essence of the culture. 

  • The experience and understand of our business to advise on workforce strategies 

  • All the expected qualities for someone at this level - Excellent Communicator, strong team leader, critical thinker, Analytical, Finisher

  • Experience with Google Workspace and Workday HCM / FIN & ATS systems is a big plus
