As our Dayforce HR Administrator, you are the steady hand guiding our core operations through an era of exciting transformation. You will be the technical guardian of our people data across North America and EMEA, ensuring our systems remain seamless and reliable while we gear up for our next evolution in AI-enabled HR. By clearing the path and stabilizing our workflows, you’ll give our team the breathing room to innovate, directly impacting how every Docebian experiences work.
Master the Configuration: Act as the primary hands-on Dayforce expert, tackling configuration changes and data updates across multiple global regions to keep our engine humming.
Guard the Lifecycle: Process and validate high-stakes employee journey actions—from new hires to hybrid work updates—ensuring every change is accurate and approved.
Champion Data Integrity: Partner with People Ops and Payroll to lead rigorous data audits and clean-up missions, hunting down inconsistencies before they become issues.
Illuminating Insights: Architect and deploy custom reports for HR, Finance, and Executive teams, turning raw data into the fuel for informed decision-making.
Fuel Growth Cycles: Collaborate with Total Rewards and Talent Development to launch and maintain high-impact Performance and Compensation cycles within the platform.
Bridge the Systems: Support the testing and integration of our tech stack (like Ashby to Dayforce), ensuring data flows beautifully across all our benefit and payroll feeds.
Leave a Legacy: Meticulously document your processes and fixes, creating a world-class roadmap for our permanent team members to follow.
Dayforce Wizardry: You bring 3–5+ years of deep, hands-on experience navigating Dayforce or similar enterprise HRIS environments across global entities.
Data Precision: You possess an eagle eye for detail and feel right at home managing sensitive HR and payroll-impacting data with total confidentiality.
Technical Artistry: You have mastered the art of custom imports via XML schemas and possess the SQL knowledge needed for sophisticated reporting and custom fields.
Operational Agility: You thrive in fast-paced SaaS environments where priorities shift, effortlessly managing tickets and stakeholders without breaking a sweat.
Clear Communicator: You can translate complex system behaviors into plain, actionable language for your non-technical partners.
Reliable Ownership: You are a self-starter who flags risks early, follows through on every task, and takes immense pride in the stability of your systems.
Global Mindset: You are comfortable supporting distributed teams across North America and EMEA time zones, ideally with experience in Managed Payroll or ICPs.
SaaS Veteran: You’ve previously navigated the high-growth waters of a SaaS company.
Hub Specialist: You have specific experience implementing or maintaining Dayforce Hub and Performance modules.
Import Pro: You are a black belt in troubleshooting complex import logs and data migrations.
