This role combines technical expertise with sound business judgment to help sellers move deals forward quickly, accurately, and correctly.

  • Assess incoming requests to determine complexity, risk, and required level of technical engagement.
  • Identify when to involve additional resources, including CDW Solution Architects, and align opportunities to strategic HPE platforms.
  • Manage Salesforce cases from intake through quote delivery for HPE infrastructure opportunities.
  • Coordinate HPE configuration, pricing, and approvals with internal teams, distributors, and OEM partners while maintaining process discipline.
  • Act as a technical subject-matter expert for sellers, customers and Business Development Managers, translating solutions into seller-ready guidance.
  • Collaborate effectively with CDW stakeholders, OEMs, distributors, and partner/product teams on go-to-market initiatives.

What we expect of you:

  • Post-secondary education in IT or equivalent technical experience
  • 1-3 years experience in pre-sales, technical sales, or solutions support roles
  • A working knowledge of data center infrastructure such as server architectures and compute sizing (CPU, RAM, and storage), infrastructure sizing, and availability concepts
  • Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences Basic familiarity with office tools such as Outlook and Teams
  • Comfort working in structured, high-volume sales environment
