We are hiring Hospitality Supervisors to oversee and support suite attendants across private suite floors at two major events in 2026: the RBC Canadian Open at TPC Toronto at Osprey Valley and the National Bank Open at Sobeys Stadium. This role is ideal for experienced hospitality professionals who are organized, proactive, and committed to delivering an exceptional guest experience.

JOB LOCATIONS & DATES

  • RBC Canadian Open
    • Location: TPC Toronto at Osprey Valley, 19131 Main St, Alton, ON L7K 1R1
    • Dates: June 8 – 14
  • National Bank Open
    • Location: Sobeys Stadium, 1 Shoreham Dr, North York, ON M3N 3A6
    • Dates: August 1 – 13

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise and support suite attendants.
  • Ensure suites are set up according to client specifications.
  • Confirm that all suite staff have arrived and are stationed in the correct locations.
  • Monitor food and beverage delivery to suites and promptly resolve any issues.
  • Ensure prompt and on time food service and beverage service in suite.
  • Maintain communication with suite managers via radio for updates or support.
  • Ensure all guests receive high-quality, timely service.
  • Assist staff with stocking, restocking, and general suite maintenance.
  • Conduct post-shift walkthroughs to ensure suites are clean and properly closed.
Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Valid Smart Serve Certification (mandatory)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality or event service
  • Previous supervisory experience required
  • Comfortable working long hours, standing and walking for extended periods
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Positive attitude and a team-first mindset
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Prolonged standing, walking, and repetitive movements
  • Occasional lifting of supplies and equipment (up to 25 lbs)
  • Use of basic kitchen and hospitality equipment
  • May have to move up and down suite stairs frequently; specifically at the RBC Canadian Open
