inBeat is a performance creative agency. We build the UGC, statics, and motion creative that drives results for brands like P&G, NielsenIQ, Linktree, Bumble, New Balance, Hopper, and more. We are known for spotting concepts that scale - the street-interview format that turned ClearScore into a long-running franchise, the podcast format that broke open Growth Therapy - and turning them into repeatable home runs.

We grew up as a UGC and influencer agency. Performance creative - particularly statics and the systems that turn winners into franchises - is our next chapter. This role is the architect of that chapter.

Role

This is a full-time, remote-first leadership role with global reach. You'll own creative strategy, UGC, statics, video, and motion end-to-end across our roster - and you'll lead the team that delivers it. You'll own ideation, execution, measurement, iteration, and scale.

What you’ll do

  • The full performance creative function. Lead creative strategy, performance design, UGC, statics, video, and motion. Set the bar for taste, speed, and outcomes across every asset and every channel.

  • A team of senior leads - and their growth. Your direct reports include leads across Creative Strategy, Design, Video, and UGC. You won't just manage them; you'll grow them into stronger leaders. You'll inherit multiple departments, and we need someone who has built and developed second-line leadership before.

  • Creative systems that scale. Build frameworks for testing, iteration, learning, and creative development. Partner with Creative Ops, Paid Media, and PM to turn strategy into infrastructure that outlives any individual hero.

  • A senior review layer. You're the last set of eyes before client delivery - catching structural, brief, and copy issues early so we don't have harder conversations later.

  • The paid-creative feedback loop. Mine insights from Motion, Foreplay, and Meta Ads Manager alongside our paid team and pull them back into briefs, hooks, and concepts. Break the silo between paid media and creative.

  • Statics as a real channel. Help us package, price, and produce statics in a way that turns them from a deliverable into a performance lever clients want to buy in volume.

  • Scaled-ad celebration and learning. Identify wins, document them, feed them into sales material and case studies. The video editor, strategist, and creator who made the win all get the shout-out.

  • Operating cadence. Weekly creative syncs, bi-weekly workshops with rotating leadership ownership, monthly KPI reviews, and a scaled-ad celebration channel that reaches the whole team.

What we’re looking for

  • You think in systems and build them without overcomplicating the work.

  • You have run performance creative in a high-volume agency environment - UGC, statics, and motion at scale across multiple accounts.

  • You read CPA, CPM, hook rate, hold rate, and scaled-ad volume fluently - and you know when each one matters and when it doesn't.

  • You've hired and coached creative talent, and you're comfortable making the tough calls when standards aren't being met.

  • You have grown leaders, not just managed ICs. You know the difference.

  • You have strong creative instincts and a sharp eye for taste. You watch winning ads and want to figure out why they work.

  • You're direct, high-context, and comfortable pushing back when you disagree.

  • You have a real opinion on statics as a performance channel and ideas about how to package them at volume.

Must haves

  • 8+ years in performance creative, ideally including time at a top-tier UGC, paid social, or DR creative shop.

  • 4+ years leading creative teams of 10+ people, with both manager and senior IC chapters on your résumé.

  • Track record on Meta and TikTok performance creative - direct experience producing UGC and statics that have scaled to material spend.

  • Deep fluency in Motion (creative analytics), Foreplay (swipe and inspiration), and Meta Ads Manager - and the ability to teach others.

  • Background that includes building creative output AND the systems behind it. Operators who have rebuilt feedback loops, replaced PM tooling, or stood up scale-ad reporting from scratch will resonate with us.

  • Experience working with global, distributed teams. Our team spans North America, South Africa, Brazil, Argentina, and Europe.

  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.

  • Perfectly fluent written and spoken English.
