Quince is a retail and technology company co-founded by a team that has extensive experience in retail, technology and building early stage companies. You’ll work with a team of world-class talent from Stanford GSB, Google, D.E. Shaw, Stitch Fix, Urban Outfitters, Wayfair, McKinsey, Nike etc.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

The Head of Marketing will be responsible for driving comprehensive marketing strategies to elevate the Quince brand, increase customer engagement, and achieve sustainable growth. This role involves overseeing PR, influencer partnerships, SEO, SEM, and all brand awareness and consideration initiatives. Success in this position means enhancing brand equity, achieving strong LTV/CAC ratios, and continuously improving ROAS.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Oversee public relations activities, including media relations, press releases, and brand communication.
  • Manage and cultivate influencer partnerships to expand brand reach and credibility.
  • Drive SEO and SEM strategies to optimize online visibility and traffic.
  • Ensure strong customer engagement and build brand equity.
  • Develop and share customer insights to inform marketing decisions.
  • Own and manage the marketing budget, with a clear focus on LTV/CAC ratio and ROAS improvement.
  • Analyze marketing performance data and provide regular reports and insights.
  • Partner with product management and revenue team to identify and prioritize MarTech opportunities, and integrating best practices into the product roadmap.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • +12 years proven experience in leading marketing strategies, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
  • Strong understanding of PR, influencer marketing, SEO, and SEM.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret marketing data.
  • Experience in managing marketing budgets and optimizing LTV/CAC ratios.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Prior experience in a high-growth, fast-paced e-commerce company.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
