In this role, you'll collaborate closely with partners and our regional marketing team to develop and execute high-impact programs that drive pipeline growth and revenue. About the Role:
Cloudflare's Marketing team is seeking a Channel Marketing & Programs Manager to lead partner initiatives, hosted events, and marketing campaigns across Canada. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with partners and our regional marketing team to develop and execute high-impact programs that drive pipeline growth and revenue. Success in this role requires experience in designing and executing revenue-generating programs in partnership with both direct sales teams and reseller partners.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute the Canada Marketing Plan, working closely with internal teams and partners.
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns, events, channel programs, and digital initiatives to drive customer engagement and sales growth.
- Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using Salesforce and other marketing tools.
- Advocate for partner and country-specific marketing needs, securing internal resources and aligning initiatives with global programs.
- Manage partner incentives, budgets, and MDF (Marketing Development Funds) to maximize impact.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Partner Account Managers (PAMs), Field Marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless program execution and success.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
- 5-7 years of marketing experience in Canada, including work with resellers.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications (MBA a plus).
- Strong organizational skills and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and marketing automation tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or networking is a plus.
