About Us

The search bar is becoming a conversation. Brands need to know how to get found by AI, and that’s what we do. Yolando is the platform that helps marketers understand and improve how AI models discover, cite, and recommend their brand.

We’ve raised $8.5M from Drive Capital and we’re backed by MaRS Discovery District. We’re 15 people building the standard for Generative Engine Optimization.

The Role

You’ll work directly with our clients to drive their AI visibility strategy. This is a client-facing role: you’ll manage accounts, understand each client’s business and competitive landscape, and execute go-to-market programs that help them get discovered and cited by AI. You’ll become an extension of their marketing team, part strategist, part executor, bringing Yolando’s GEO expertise to every engagement.

What You’ll Do

  • Own client relationships alongside our GTM lead; be the primary point of contact for strategy and execution

  • Run discovery sessions to map each client’s market position, audience, competitive landscape, and goals

  • Build go-to-market plans tailored to each client’s AI visibility objectives

  • Execute across formats (articles, white papers, case studies, landing pages, social) as the delivery mechanism for those plans

  • Present strategies and deliverables to clients; manage feedback loops and iterate

  • Track performance metrics for each account and report on impact

  • Identify opportunities to expand scope and deepen relationships within existing accounts

  • Collaborate with product and data teams to translate platform insights into client-facing strategy

  • Use AI tools to scale execution while maintaining quality and client voice

Requirements

  • Client management experience: you’ve owned relationships and delivered work to external stakeholders

  • Strategic thinking: you can look at a client’s business and figure out what they need, not just what they ask for

  • Strong writing that makes complex ideas simple (this is how the strategy gets executed)

  • Research skills: you can learn a new industry quickly and find the angle

  • Ability to adapt tone and positioning to match different client brands

  • Organization to manage multiple accounts with different deadlines and priorities

  • Comfort presenting work, defending recommendations, and handling feedback

Nice to Have

  • Agency, consulting, or client services background

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, FinTech, or technical industries

  • SEO, content marketing, or product marketing experience

  • Familiarity with AI, LLMs, or marketing technology

  • Account management or customer success experience

Salary

Expected range of $60,000 - $80,000

Location

Hybrid, 4 days/week in our downtown Toronto office.
