About The Role

As a Growth Marketing Manager, Demand Generation, you’ll be at the forefront of driving CaptivateIQ’s pipeline engine. In this role, you’ll own the strategy and execution of integrated campaigns that generate qualified pipeline. Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, you will work across paid digital, in-person, and virtual events, partner programs, and any other channels you can unlock to drive growth.

You’ll partner with Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, Content, Creative, Sales, and our strategic partners to bring your strategy to life. We are looking for a growth-minded marketer who views AI as a force multiplier for campaign experimentation and operational scale.

As we continue to scale, change will be a constant. While this job description reflects what you’ll focus on today, the role will naturally evolve as our business grows and the market matures.

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy, execution, and outcomes for the commercial segment, ensuring every campaign is a data-driven step toward our annual revenue targets
  • Run integrated multi-channel campaigns - Develop and manage paid digital campaigns, in-person and virtual events, and partner programs with ongoing testing, analysis, and optimization
  • Manage and expand third-party programs - Evaluate and manage partnerships with industry publications, event organizers, and strategic partners to drive top-of-funnel growth
  • Partner across the organization - Collaborate with Marketing Operations, product marketing, content, creative, and sales to build integrated programs aligned to business objectives, priority audiences, and use cases
  • Grow and nurture the database - Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure effective lead capture, routing, and nurture flows
  • Measure and report impact - Set KPIs, analyze performance, and communicate insights and ROI clearly and consistently to leadership and cross-functional partners
  • Partner closely with the BDR team to ensure campaign alignment, providing the messaging and creative air cover needed to drive successful outbound plays.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or integrated marketing roles, with a clear track record of driving pipeline. Ideally, you’ve done this within both a startup environment and a more mature organization
  • Hands-on experience planning and executing digital campaigns, in-person and virtual events, and partner programs that drive top-of-funnel growth
  • Proven ability to manage paid media across digital channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Google and Reddit), including budget management, ROI tracking, experimentation, and optimization
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into insights, narratives, and clear next steps
  • Proven ability to operate with high autonomy; you are comfortable taking a high-level goal and turning it into a fully executed campaign without a pre-existing playbook
  • Practical experience with HubSpot, GA4, and ideally exposure to ABM/Intent tools like 6sense, Demandbase, or UserGems.
  • Exposure to attribution, funnel metrics, or pipeline reporting
  • Strong creative instincts with the ability to develop effective creative briefs and collaborate with creative teams to produce high-impact campaign content
  • Excellent written communication skills, including copy for ads, landing pages, and event promotions
  • Comfortable leading cross-functional projects and influencing without direct reporting lines across product marketing, content, creative, Marketing Operations, and Sales
  • Deep curiosity about generative AI with demonstrable active experimentation with new tools and workflows.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a get things done attitude and an ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting Enterprise or Mid-Market motion
  • Background in SaaS, RevOps, Sales Ops, or Finance-adjacent marketing

Benefits

  • (US-ONLY) 100% of medical, dental, and vision covered including 75% for dependents
  • Flexible vacation days and quarterly mental health days so you can recharge
  • Enjoy a one-time expense on your 1-year work anniversary (to use for travel, home furnishings, fancy meal)
  • Annual stipends for professional development and caretaking
  • (US-ONLY) 401k plan to participate in and save towards the future
  • Newest Apple products to help you do your best work
  • Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to support and celebrate the shared identities and life experiences of communities within CaptivateIQ. ERGs directly support our company-wide DEI goals as a space for developing and retaining diverse talent
