Title: Growth Marketing Manager, Campus ID and Commerce
Location: Remote
Transact + CBORD is seeking a seasoned Growth Marketing Manager with advanced Account-Based Marketing (ABM) expertise to lead high-impact, full-funnel marketing programs that drive measurable pipeline growth and revenue across both new logo targets and our established Higher Education customer base. This role is designed for a strategic yet hands-on marketer who blends data, technology, and compelling storytelling to influence complex buying committees and shape scalable growth engines.
The ideal candidate is a revenue-minded marketer who partners seamlessly with Sales and Product Marketing, owns pipeline performance, and understands how to position and differentiate sophisticated SaaS solutions within the evolving campus technology ecosystem.
In this role, you will own the ABM strategy for Campus ID and Commerce—designing, orchestrating, and optimizing targeted multi-channel campaigns that generate demand, accelerate sales cycles, and expand product adoption across priority institutions. You will leverage account insights, marketing automation, and integrated GTM motions to engage decision-makers, support regional and vertical strategies, and deliver predictable, measurable business impact
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute the growth marketing strategy for Campus ID and Commerce—driving demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and customer expansion through integrated, multi-channel, data-driven campaigns.
- Lead strategic ABM programs by defining ICPs, tiered account segments, target lists, and coordinated plays that engage complex Higher Ed buying groups across technology, finance, and auxiliary leadership.
- Design and orchestrate full-funnel campaigns across email, digital, paid media, content, webinars, direct mail, and field programs to support both new logo acquisition and existing account expansion.
- Leverage HubSpot as the ABM command center, building automated nurture flows, segmentation models, lead scoring frameworks, and performance dashboards that align Sales and Marketing around shared KPIs.
- Influence the customer lifecycle by supporting onboarding, adoption, expansion, and retention programs with targeted messaging, content, and engagement strategies.
- Own performance analytics, tracking funnel progression, account engagement, pipeline contribution, CPL, influenced revenue, and campaign ROI to enable clear decision-making and continuous optimization.
- Champion experimentation, conducting A/B tests and performance analysis across messaging, creative, landing pages, and audience strategies to improve conversion at every stage of the funnel.
- Drive GTM alignment, partnering closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Client Success to coordinate account plans, launch strategies, and region-specific growth initiatives.
- Act as a strong project and program manager, maintaining campaign calendars, governing timelines, and ensuring precise and timely execution across internal and external teams.
- Stay current on Higher Ed, fintech, commerce, and credentialing trends, using market insights to refine targeting, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, Higher Education, fintech, payments, or campus commerce technology.
- Demonstrated success leading ABM programs that drive measurable gains in pipeline, revenue influence, and multi-stakeholder engagement.
- Deep expertise with HubSpot (or similar marketing automation and CRM platforms), including workflow design, segmentation, analytics, and attribution.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting funnel metrics, account engagement data, dashboard reporting, and multi-touch attribution.
- Ability to translate complex enterprise software into compelling, differentiated marketing narratives and campaigns.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, and Client Success.
- Proven project and program management strengths—skilled in orchestrating campaigns, managing timelines, and aligning teams around shared goals.
- A proactive, self-directed work style; able to manage multiple high-priority initiatives in a fast-moving environment.
- Creative problem-solver who enjoys testing, optimizing, and scaling new approaches.
- Passion for supporting Higher Education institutions and improving student experiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
You are a strategic growth leader who balances creativity with analytical rigor. You excel in orchestrating ABM programs that engage multi-layered campus buying committees and influence enterprise decision-making. You understand SaaS go-to-market motions, bring expertise in pipeline growth and account expansion, and thrive in a role that requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution. You are motivated by clear metrics, collaborative GTM alignment, and delivering measurable results.
Planning for the Future:
- Employer paid Life Insurance / AD&D / Short-Term
- Voluntary Long-Term Disability Insurance / Term Life Insurance / AD&D
- Access to FSA Plans & Commuter Benefit Plans
- 401(k) Savings Plan where the Company Match of $0.50 for each $1 you contribute on the first 8% of pay.
- Both your contribution and the company contribution are immediately 100% vested.
