Improve service delivery by utilizing training, coaching and process tools. Responsible for collaborating with the Documentation Team and creating / updating work instructions, as needed.

The expected salary range for this position is $60,900 - $81,200. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the full training cycle of New Hires to the team - assessing needs, designing, developing, delivering, and evaluating training and curriculums in multiple modes, such as classroom, virtual, self-directed, e-learning, and micro-learning; plus, use evaluation methods and results to continually improve training and curriculums.
- As needed, use various application, tools and techniques to maintain and update work instructions and related references, job aids, and tools
- Build critical relationships with internal clients of all levels and as needed, with external vendors.
- When working in teams, work closely with business resources of all levels and other business instructor associates within and outside the same training organization; may lead team as needed.
- Complete training related metrics, planning and completing training related logistical plans and tasks, training and work-related administrative tasks.
- Continually, acquire, apply, and reinforce related business skills and knowledge for customer specific processes; not expected to be an expert, but should be knowledgeable and functional in key systems and processes.
- Continually research, acquire, select and apply new training and learning theories, techniques, and processes.
- Responsible for continuous coaching, identifying trends within the team, and reviewing for appropriate training/coaching based upon these trends.
- Complete 1:1 training for specific areas identified by the Claim Specialist, Claim Support Specialist, Unit Leader, or Operations Manager
- Other duties as assigned to facilitate the daily activities and projects of the organization.
Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
Required:
- Associate must be willing to go into the office for training dependent on office location.
- 3-5 Years of FMLA/AMS and Paid Family and Medical Leave related experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and self-direction a must; includes the ability to lead projects and teams.
- Ability to portray professional image and exhibit strong presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.
- Ability to make decisions, and take action, with proven change management experience
- High School Diploma
