The Growth Assistant will support the founding team in sales and growth responsibilities, including prospecting, deal management, outreach, and research while running growth experiments and maintaining CRM hygiene.

At LTV.ai, we're redefining marketing for e-commerce brands by automating a lot of the day-to-day manual grunt work that goes into email marketing, from segmentation, to creating campaigns without designers, to personalization.

While increasing LTV and driving measurable growth, we help brands stay focused on what matters most - the customer.

Why join us?

We went from $0 to $1M ARR in 6 months. We just closed our Series A. We work with brands like Fabletics, Backcountry, and Sur La Table. And we're just getting started.

This is a ground-floor opportunity to join a rocket ship and learn what it takes to build a category-defining company. You won't be getting coffee - you'll be in the room, on the calls, and in the weeds of real deals from day one.

About the role

We're looking for a hungry, resourceful Growth Assistant to work directly with our founding team on all things growth and sales. This is not a traditional "entry-level" job - it's a fast track to becoming a sales or growth leader at an early-stage company.

You'll touch every part of the revenue engine: prospecting, deal management, creative outreach, competitive intel, and growth experiments. If something needs to get done and it involves growing the business, it's yours.

Role Responsibilities
  • Own prospect follow-up - keep deals warm, push them forward, and never let a hot lead go cold

  • Re-engage old prospects with creative outreach - find new angles, test new messaging, get meetings back on the calendar

  • Support active sales cycles by preparing materials, researching accounts, and coordinating next steps

  • Hunt for new leads - identify high-potential e-commerce brands, find decision-makers, and craft personalized outreach

  • Run scrappy growth experiments - test new channels, messages, and tactics to see what moves the needle

  • Build and maintain prospect lists, CRM hygiene, and pipeline reporting

  • Research competitors, market trends, and what top e-commerce brands are doing with email marketing

  • Generate ideas - bring fresh thinking to how we acquire, convert, and expand customers

  • Do whatever it takes - this role is undefined by design. You'll help shape it.

What we're looking for (ideally)
  • Recent graduate or 0-2 years of experience - we care more about potential than pedigree

  • Founder DNA - you've started something (a company, a club, a side project) and know what it means to build from zero

  • Relentlessly resourceful - you figure things out, even when no one tells you how

  • AI-first mindset - your default is to use AI to move faster, research smarter, and automate the boring stuff

  • Strong communicator - clear, concise, and not afraid to pick up the phone or send a bold email

  • Curious about e-commerce, marketing technology, and how brands grow

  • Willing to be in-person

Compensation + Benefits
  • Base depends a lot on the person but we reward A players

  • Equity included

If you're curious, ambitious, and hungry to build something big, feel free to email our founder directly [email protected] - we'd love to hear from you.
