As a Merchandising Marketing Manager, you will be the strategic architect of high-impact end-to-end merchandising strategies, designed to create a magical user experience from awareness to conversion, maximizing offer growth on the client Eats platform.

What You’ll Do

- Architect end-to-end merchandising strategies that move users through the full marketing funnel from awareness to purchase.
- Optimize and recommend in-app merchandising surface opportunities to improve the user offer journey to drive industry-leading conversion rates
- Analyze, review and recommend best in class offer structures based on order growth and merchant feasibility and industry best practices
- Partner with Product teams to identify and advocate for UX improvements that enhance the digital shopping experience for future campaigns
- Execute end to end consumer demand campaigns, including audience segmentation, CRM execution and analyzing campaign performance

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years in marketing strategy, or operations within a high-growth marketplace. Min 2+ years in merchandising specific role
- Strong understanding of merchandising best practices in fast pace online/ in-app environments
- Proven ability to build multi-channel marketing campaigns that integrate in-app surfaces, email, and push notifications.
- Strong analytical expertise in tracking campaign performance through primary growth metrics like sessions, conversion and ROI

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing large-scale promotional programs across varying consumer segments.
- Deep understanding of digital merchandising UX, with the ability to benchmark against competitor delivery applications.
- Technical proficiency in identifying product-led growth opportunities, such as improving the checkout or search experience for deals.
- Strategic mindset for cross-platform integration, specifically leveraging Rides or Grocery data to drive Food Delivery demand.
