As a Graphics Administrator, you play a key role in supporting project execution by maintaining visibility and coordination across all active graphics projects. You are responsible for tracking project progress, ensuring timelines are met, and proactively following up with stakeholders to keep deliverables on schedule.
In this role, you provide essential administrative support to the Graphics function, including assisting with budget tracking, invoice review, and payment processing. Your strong organizational skills and attention to detail help ensure accuracy, efficiency, and smooth day-to-day operations across multiple projects and priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare product manuals daily as required for upcoming shipments
- Coordinate internal correspondence by relaying information/requirements to the appropriate team member
- Prepare product literature requests by following up with R&D for approval to release required documentation
- Prepare annual marketing budget by working with industry publications to secure advertising space and cost
- Follow up to ensure all open & pending marketing initiatives are on track to meet deadlines
- Prepare and print business cards, certificates, name tags and other materials as required
- General administrative duties such as printing, distribution of signage, ordering office supplies
- Other duties as assigned
