Our suite of end-to-end foodservice technology solutions helps professionals across healthcare and aging services streamline their operations, save time, reduce food waste, and meet regulatory requirements, so they can focus on what matters most: improving the quality of patient and resident care.  

We’re looking for our next creative, team-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team.  Reporting to the Principal Designer, you’ll be assisting in developing the tools we need to help promote our technology solutions that enhance foodservice operations and deliver meals to those who need it the most with a smile. 

A day in the life as a Graphic Designer: 

  • Design digital and print graphics – develop a suite of marketing materials including social ads, blog images, illustrations, tradeshow assets, flyers, newsletter images, icons, infographics, signage, etc. 
  • Develop and edit videos – design motion graphics, animations, and short videos used for marketing campaigns, webinars, and social media. 
  • Create sales/onboarding materials – build a series of tools used to help clients familiarise themselves with our product, including sell sheets, brochures, implementation kits, etc. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally – work closely with the sales team to achieve quotas while keeping clients satisfied and engaged with products and services. 
  • Implement new tools & processes – in collaboration with the content team, identify ways to increase content output and production efficiencies related to social media content design. 

If the below describe your knowledge, experience and character, this role could be for you:  

  • I have a strong knowledge of design principles, including typography, colour theory, and layout composition. 
  • I gained my knowledge through an associate or bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, plus at least 4 years of professional experience in graphic design roles at a digital marketing agency, or a combination of both. 
  • I have a comprehensive portfolio that showcases a variety of my work, including marketing materials, branding assets, and digital products. 
  • I am proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe Express). 
  • I have experience with video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro. 
  • I’m familiar with preparing files for print and digital use, ensuring all designs are production-ready. 
  • I’m exceptional at managing multiple projects under tight deadlines. 
  • I get most excited about learning new tools and techniques to adapt the dynamic landscape of digital marketing.  
  • I’m extra passionate about showcasing my creative abilities and exercising my keen eye for detail. 
  • I thrive in an agile environment that is constantly changing and encourages team members to collectively collaborate and communicate; I have hands-on experience collaborating with a marketing or design team and working with feedback loops to iterate and refine designs based on team or client input. 
  • I love to be directly involved in projects and initiatives that offer continued learning and endless opportunity to express my ideas and build my leadership skills.
