  • Data and Listening: Help create and implement a listening strategy to gather feedback from Benevity-ites, using a data-driven approach to understand what is working and identify new opportunities for our offerings.
  • Communication & Enablement: Collaborate with our internal teams to build and execute a plan that increases awareness, understanding, and utilization of our benefits and well-being offerings.
  • Vendor Management:  Build and maintain strong relationships with our benefits providers, brokers, and internal partners through regular touchpoints, reviews of ongoing usage trends and having a point of view on what would best support our Benevity-ites.
  • Global Program Updates: Take a lead role in projects aimed at improving our benefits and well-being programs, including a review and update of our global maternity and parental leave programs.
  • Project Assistance: Support special projects aimed at improving our benefits and well-being programs.
  • Document Management: Assist in the development and maintenance of a central resource that captures all of the different benefits and resources available to our Benevity-ites globally.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the People team and other internal stakeholders, bringing a positive and supportive presence to your daily work.
What You'll Bring
  • A minimum of 3  years of experience in HR, with a focus on benefits administration.
  • Experience with benefits and leave administration.
  • A natural curiosity and willingness to learn about global benefit trends and regulations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and empathetic approach.
  • A talent for managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with US and Canadian benefits administration.
