job purpose: The General Manager, fairlife Canada role will be responsible for leading the business strategy and demand creation across the entire fairlife portfolio.  This role will partner closely with the fairlife US team, leveraging proven end-to-end growth initiatives and customizing as needed to accelerate the business. 

responsibilities:  

  • Annual Brand Plans – lead the development, execution and delivery of integrated plans that are focused against recruitment, growth and margin 
  • P&L Ownership – in close partnership with finance, ensure delivery of annual plans that create value for the company, customers and our bottling partner 
  • Commercial Excellence – working closely with the US fairlife team, leverage transferable insights and brand building initiatives to drive industry leading growth through OPBBC, pricing, portfolio and value chain optimization 
  • Bottler Alignment – develop value-based relationship with CCCBL, driving clarity and focus against 2026 plans and the long-term growth opportunity 
  • Capacity Expansion – serve as a key member of this long-term growth initiative, with an emphasis on the business case for investment and identification of the optimal operational model  
  • Team Leader – champion the brands and business opportunity in 2026 and beyond, instilling confidence across all stakeholders 

skills/qualifications required:  

  • Experience & Education 
    • 10+ years’ experience 
    • Highly competent in demand creation, supply, finance, sales, operations and leverages this knowledge when making decisions 
    • Strategic thinker that is focused against winning today AND building for the future 
    • Ideally early career experience in a blue-chip consumer packaged goods company, followed by experience in a small to mid-size company 
    • Undergraduate degree required, MBA highly desirable 
  • Exceptional Leadership Skills 
    • Ability to build, drive and inspire a high performing team across a growing organization.  A confident, yet humble leader to their team 
  • Results Driven Self Starter 
    • Innate desire to hold self fully accountable for delivering results with limited guidance.  Combination of passion and perseverance leading to stellar results 
  • Collaborative, Team Based Approach 
    • Able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-moving environment, eager to partner, create value-based relationships with team members up, down and across the organization
