We’re looking for a Game Developer to build the next unannounced Angry Birds hit. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with other disciplines in the studio, and contribute to both the games we craft and the way we work together. You’ll bring your unique perspective and skills with your strong technical background and gameplay-oriented mindset. Our focus is to explore job opportunities primarily to candidates based in the local region.
This is an open vacancy with a salary range of 95,800 -117,000 CAD per year. At this stage, we are primarily focusing our search on candidates based in the local area. The role is hybrid, requiring onsite presence at our Toronto studio on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

You will have impact and fun at work by:
- Prototyping new ideas quickly and refining them into polished, high-quality code.
- Maintaining a simple and effective code architecture
- Designing and maintaining simple, effective game and meta-game systems that follow our shared coding standards.
- Providing mentorship and support for less experienced developers
- Collaborating closely with the whole team to implement game features that players will love.
- Optimising the game as you go to ensure a smooth, high-performance experience on mobile. We prefer to build in performance by default!
- Building multiplatform UI and features that look and feel great across different devices
Experience and skills we are looking for:
- Commercial game programming experience with Unity
- Strong programming skills with C#
- Experience with debugging, profiling, and performance optimizations
- Good understanding of mobile platforms and hardware
- Experience with Apple’s XCode and building for Apple platforms
It would be nice if you also have the following skills:
- Experience integrating backend services into mobile titles.
- Understanding of C# outside of its subset in Unity
- Experience working with REST APIs
