Role overview

Currently we are accepting spontaneous applications for the position of Graphic Designer, responsible for creating & executing high quality graphics for multiple entertainment and gaming clients. What are we looking for? Our Graphic Designer has a knack for the following skills:

Communication:

  • Collaborate closely with social media managers and creative leadership to ensure all designs align with best practices for each platform and meet the brand’s creative vision
  • Proficient in customizing and resizing assets to fit the unique specifications of all major social media platforms, ensuring optimal visual quality and performance

Analytics:

  • Effectively analyze and utilize a variety of graphic design techniques to meet DMM creative standards

Business:

  • Follow DMM style guides and project briefs to design assets that meet DMM brand guidelines and the specific needs of our entertainment and gaming clients
  • Transform existing client creative into assets for DMM case studies and new business opportunities within the entertainment and/or gaming sectors

You'd be a great fit for this role if you have:

  • 3+ years experience within a graphic design role in a social media agency, with a strong emphasis on entertainment
  • Strong grasp of typography, composition, color, hierarchy and photo-composition 
  • Experience working in a collaborative environment with project managers, art, creative directors and other creative team members
  • Experience in designing and production of assets for various social media campaigns for entertainment clients
  • Fluency in English with great attention to details
  • Availability to work between 9am and 6pm PST with flexibility for routine weekend coverage
