As a financial services professional, you're attentive to the needs of our members and clients. You look for ways to support their financial well-being in every situation. You provide excellent customer service and high-quality financial solutions tailored to their needs. More specifically, you will be required to:

  • Support members and clients by telling them existing applications and technological tools that can help them do transactions and operations on their own.

  • Welcoming members and customers warmly and courteously, quickly ascertains members' and customers' needs in order to direct them to individuals who can assist them or to alternative distribution channels.

  • Contribute to business development and maintain business relationships through service delivery and activities. 

  • Assist members and clients who have encountered fraud or irregularities, and ensure that they are referred to the appropriate partners.

  • Work in collaboration with personal finance advisors and improve the service offered to members
