Build the Future with Us

Do you want to grow your career at the heart of the organization’s financial strategy and profitability? We are looking for a builder’s mindset—someone who is curious, proactive, and motivated to challenge the status quo while helping evolve existing practices.

As a Financial Performance Advisor, you will transform data into strategic insights that support decision-making, financial planning, and performance monitoring across the Investments sector. You will directly influence business decisions through value-added analyses, meaningful key performance indicators, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your analytical mindset, business acumen, and passion for data intelligence within a strategic and rapidly growing sector.

What You Will Accomplish with Us

As a Financial Performance Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the Investments sector. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Designing, automating, and optimizing management dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI and Excel to enhance financial visibility;
  • Participating in financial forecasting activities, updating expense projections, and identifying variances;
  • Contributing to budgeting activities with Investments teams and ensuring data consolidation for reporting purposes;
  • Developing, monitoring, and enhancing key performance indicators to support strategic decision-making;
  • Supporting the structuring, validation, and interpretation of financial and operational data to ensure quality, consistency, and relevance;
  • Analyzing financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities, and providing actionable recommendations that influence business decisions;
  • Supporting the Investments activity costing model and ensuring the accuracy of charged costs;
  • Contributing to accounting and financial activities, including financial statement preparation, journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting, while participating in the continuous improvement of financial management processes and tools.

What Will Help You Succeed in This Role

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is recognized for their rigor, analytical mindset, and ability to translate complex data into clear and meaningful insights;
  • Demonstrates curiosity, initiative, and a strong desire to learn, grow, and continuously develop;
  • Has a strong interest in data intelligence, performance visualization, and the enhancement of analytical tools;
  • Excels at organization and effectively manages multiple priorities in a dynamic environment;
  • Holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Data Intelligence, Business Analytics, or a related field;
  • Has a minimum of three years of experience in accounting analysis, FP&A, financial analysis, or a role combining finance and data;
  • Possesses advanced Excel skills and a solid knowledge of Power BI;
  • Has an advanced level of French proficiency, as the role involves regular communication and collaboration with French-speaking colleagues and business partners;
  • Holds a CPA designation, or is in the process of obtaining one, which is considered a strong asset.

Why You’ll Enjoy Working with Us

  • A work environment where learning and development are combined with a shared pursuit of excellence;
  • A healthy, safe, equitable, and inclusive workplace where individuals can thrive and reach their full potential;
  • The opportunity to work in a hybrid environment supported by flexibility and access to inspiring, innovative workspaces;
  • A competitive benefits package, including flexible group insurance plans, a competitive pension plan, an employee share purchase plan, vacation and wellness/personal development days, telemedicine services, an employee and family assistance program, an ergonomic furniture program, performance bonuses, discounts on iA products, and much more.
