As a Financial Analyst at Group Quest, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team atmosphere where you will be motivated to provide quality work and excited to see the results of meeting your targets. As a Financial Analyst you will be focused on new business, client relationship management, and driving growth.The Financial Analyst, Marketing & Quotes will:
  • Provide quote/marketing support for groups up to 50 lives.

  • Coordinate with Account Executives for direction and broker communications

  • Collect, organize, and prepare client information for presentation to insurance carrier Underwriters

  • Prepare client ready reports and documents

  • Prepare proposals and alternatives to traditional and non-traditional employee benefits plans

  • Follow up with insurance carriers to ensure groups are being quoted properly and in a timely manner

  • Process sale documents for submission to insurance carriers

  • Ensure database is promptly and accurately updated


To be successful as a Financial Analyst, Marketing and Quotes you will need:
  • 2+ years of experience in the group benefits industry

  • 2+ years working Client focused with commitment for service excellence

  • Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet client and internal needs
     

All-star candidates will have:
  • Bilingual (French/English) would be an asset

The base salary for this position is between $55,000 - $80,000 annually.

 

This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc). The actual base salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be able to provide additional details of the total compensation for this role.
