Finance Manager

About your role:

As a Finance Manager, you will provide financial planning and analysis support that helps guide business decisions and long-term financial profitability. You will partner closely with the Finance Leadership Team and internal business leaders to prepare and interpret financial and operational forecasts, reporting, and analysis. You will lead and continuously improve financial modeling, reporting, and insights that inform strategic and operational initiatives.

What you'll do:

  • Lead month-end deliverables, consolidating regional, business unit, and local financials for actuals and forecasts, validating completeness and reasonability of submissions, and preparing standard and ad hoc analysis.
  • Develop and maintain robust financial models and forecasts, providing insights on key drivers, trends, variances, and emerging risks and opportunities.
  • Enhance monthly reporting, dashboards, and other in-depth financial analysis to support executive and business leadership decision making.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business performance, link financial results to operational drivers, and recommend actions that improve profitability.
  • Identify, recommend, and implement improvements to financial reporting processes, tools, and models that increase efficiency, accuracy, and transparency.
  • Support annual and periodic planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles, ensuring alignment with strategic and financial objectives.

Experience you’ll need to have:

  • 5+ years in financial analysis and reporting experience in a corporate, financial services or related environment
  • Experience developing financial models and reporting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field

Experience that would be great to have:

  • Proficiency with MS Office and database analytical tools
  • Understanding of essential accounting principles and financial statements
  • Experience with SAP

Travel:

  • This role does not require travel.

How you’ll work:

  • This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
  • This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.

Salary Range:

$100,000.00-$126,000.00
