Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the finance team in preparing accurate financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize financial performance and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with senior management to align financial objectives with business strategies.
- Monitor financial risks and opportunities, providing actionable insights to drive growth.
- Establish and enforce robust financial controls and procedures.
- Support fundraising efforts and manage relationships with investors and financial institutions as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline; a Master’s degree or professional certification (CPA, CFA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of financial management, reporting, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven ability to lead teams and influence at senior organizational levels.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced and data-driven environment is preferred.
