KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage bookkeeping and accounting processes that will provide the foundation for financial management

  • Full cycle accounting responsibilities – credit card reconciliations

  • Project reconciliation management

  • Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Accounting/Finance designation – preferred but not required

  • Complete discretion with sensitive information, both within the company and externally

  • Commitment to accuracy, attention to detail, and follow-through

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, and confidence in presenting to key stakeholders

  • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial setting; strong willingness to affect change with an understanding of the unique challenges encountered in small businesses

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $50,000–$65,000. Individual compensation within this range is determined based on job-related factors such as experience, skills, level of responsibility, internal equity, and business needs. This range represents the expected base salary for this role and does not include other elements of SALT XC total rewards program.
