The Field & Channel Marketing Manager at Cymulate will create and execute marketing plans targeting lead generation through events and conferences. This role requires collaboration with multiple teams for marketing initiatives, management of budgets, and reporting on program success. Additionally, experience in using marketing automation tools like HubSpot and Salesforce is essential.

RESPONSIBILTIIES
- Creation and execution of the field direct & channel marketing plan of conferences, events, roundtables, meetups, speaking engagements, etc. with the purpose of lead generation to drive sales
- Tracking and reporting of the activities’ leads in their processes to become introduction meetings, opportunities and won business
- Oversee participation in events and conferences
- Collaborate with product marketing to submit speaking engagements and prepare the needed collateral for presentations
- Leverage HubSpot marketing automation and Salesforce to manage marketing and to report outcomes
- Collaborate with channel to initiate and plan the annual joint channel marketing plan and support them in their own initiatives with our resources Manage and negotiate vendor contracts
- Manage marketing field and channel budget
- Work closely with other functions in marketing, e.g. Product Marketing, Product, R&D teams and sales teams to collaborate and execute field marketing programs
- Accountable for program success, and quarterly goals, compile performance reports for management showing results (ROI)
REQUIREMENTS
- Native or professional English ability
- Minimum 2-3 years of related marketing experience
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in software companies, preferably security and or SaaS
- Experience using HubSpot and Salesforce
- Proficient in excel and basic understanding of database management
- Ability to travel 25-30% of the time throughout India
- Must be comfortable with a fast-moving, sometimes ambiguous, environment
- Experience in Enterprise and mid-market segment
- In depth understanding of lead management process
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
- Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
