Provide administrative and coordination support for third-party warehouse, delivery, and installation partners. Audit invoices, track partner compliance, manage claims and corrective actions, support delivery/install planning, maintain trackers, and monitor customer satisfaction and performance scorecards.
Your Responsibilities
- Administrative support for 3rd party service providers (Warehouse, Delivery, Installation)
- Invoicing auditing
- Partner compliance tracking - contracts, SOPs, COIs, certifications
- Customer satisfaction/scorecards
- Freight and property damage claims
- Corrective action control & follow up
- Delivery & Install planning coverage
What we are looking for
- Strong administrative and coordination skills, with the ability to support multiple external service providers and internal stakeholders
- Experience working with third-party logistics, delivery, installation, service, or field operations partners
- A detail-oriented approach to invoice review, cost validation, and supporting accurate vendor billing
- Ability to monitor contract requirements, service standards, and compliance expectations across external providers
- Comfortable following up on corrective actions, service failures, claims, and open operational issues through to resolution
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to gather information, clarify requirements, and keep stakeholders informed
- Practical understanding of delivery and installation planning
- Organized and process-driven, with the ability to maintain trackers, documentation, and follow-up routines
- Able to identify recurring issues, escalate risks appropriately, and support continuous improvement across the external service network
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift and timely follow-up is critical
- Bilingual in French is an asset
The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $70,000 annually. This range is a guideline and may not reflect your exact offer. Factors that will be considered when extending an offer include but are not limited to education, experience, relevant skills, and alignment with market data.
