Whether partnering to secure funding for the first-ever professorship dedicated to Buddhist spiritual care, collaborating on a library transformation thanks to a legacy gift, working together on mentoring and student experience programs funded by generous donors, or ensuring that hundreds of endowed bursaries and scholarships are awarded and stewarded, our advancement and alumni relations work touches every aspect of university life.
  • Vic U’s alumni body is highly active across professional sectors, with the largest majorities working in Business Development, Education, Media and Communication, and Community and Social Services. Victoria University alumni body boasts a legacy of prominent global leaders, literary figures, and pioneering innovators wielding tremendous impact and influence!
  • The Alumni Affairs & Advancement team is a high-performing group that works productively with and is respected by colleagues. The team has had record-breaking fundraising success in the past two years and is well-positioned to exceed campaign goals in both fundraising and alumni engagement.
  • A campus master plan is currently being developed, creating a range of compelling future capital fundraising opportunities. In addition, as Victoria University prepares for a presidential transition, there will be opportunities for Advancement to support the implementation of the University's strategic plan and align its work with emerging institutional priorities.
