Responsibilities include requirements analysis, architecture, coding, API development, testing, debugging, security integration, documentation, data migration, application support, and platform configuration. The role collaborates with university IT teams and business stakeholders to improve web services, streamline processes, and deliver accessible, sustainable solutions.

Leads Victoria University’s alumni affairs and advancement strategy, overseeing fundraising, alumni engagement, advancement communications, and marketing. Reports to the President and works with senior leadership, the Board of Regents, and college principals to advance institutional priorities. Manages and mentors a team of eight professionals, builds philanthropic relationships, supports campaign and capital fundraising, and strengthens donor stewardship and alumni programs.
