What you'll do

As an Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the SVP, Business Platforms. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in supporting senior leadership.

  • Deliver daily administrative support to senior leaders, including scheduling meetings, coordinating on-site events, and managing communications.

  • Oversee intricate executive schedules leveraging Microsoft Outlook, providing feedback and suggestions on various time management techniques.

  • Manage all administrative aspects of meeting setup (A/V equipment, catering), guest logistics, expense reporting, travel arrangements, filing system improvements, and supply ordering.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely and reliable responses.

  • Maintain financial and budget documentation using Excel.

  • Liaise and coordinate with senior executives, including board members, to ensure alignment on key initiatives and meetings.

  • Handle sensitive financial information with utmost confidentiality and integrity.

  • Support onboarding of new employees.

  • Coordinate team events and quarterly meetings.

What you bring

  • Experience: 5+ years supporting senior level executives in a fast-paced, professional environment.

  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel). Familiarity with SAP Concur and Copilot is an asset.

  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Problem-Solving & Project Management: Ability to take ownership of tasks, think creatively, and resolve issues efficiently.

  • Independence & Initiative: Highly self-sufficient, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to establish valuable relationships within the organization.

  • Professionalism: Maintains discretion and confidentiality while working with senior leaders.

  • Adaptability: Positive attitude, resilience under pressure, and willingness to monitor emails occasionally outside regular hours.

  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail.

Broadband Salary Range: $53,000 – $88,000.

Our typical hiring range is between $53,000 and $88,000. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements. For critical roles, the compensation offering will be reviewed to ensure alignment with market rate and conditions and the unique value you bring to the role.
