The Entry Level Enrollment Specialist with us here at TMT Communications will be trained from the ground up on the ins and outs of TruConnect, a free wireless service to qualifying individuals. TruConnect allows us to work with members of neighboring communities and help local families obtain modes of communication in order to increase their chances of connecting with loved ones, securing employment, and improving their quality of life.

TMT Communications is seeking individuals to join our team as the Entry Level Enrollment Specialist Who:

  • Can receive the necessary training and mentorship in order to excel beyond the initial entry level aspect of the position

Entry Level Enrollment Specialist Responsibilities Include:

  • Meet directly with community members and qualify individuals to sign with the TruConnect program
  • Answer questions throughout enrollment, process requests, and clearly communicate next steps
  • Receive hands-on training to understand the ins and outs of the TruConnect program
  • Master communication skills when working internally as a team and externally with members of the community
  • Become an expert in how to enroll an individual in the program and ensuring they have all the necessary information to proceed
  • Keep detailed records of all interactions with potential members of the program
  • Work daily with our team in order to trade tricks and tips on how to best further the success of the program
