Our AI-powered continuous listening platform enables leaders to understand what matters most to their people and turn insights into meaningful action. We partner with the world's most innovative enterprises to drive transformation across engagement, performance, wellbeing, DEI, and change initiatives.

The Role
As we continue to expand our global footprint, we are investing in enterprise growth across North America. As an Enterprise Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in generating qualified enterprise opportunities and partnering closely with Enterprise Account Executives to drive revenue growth. You will engage senior HR, Employee Experience, Learning, and Transformation leaders, uncover strategic workforce challenges, and help position Perceptyx as a trusted partner.

What You’ll Do
  • Pipeline Generation: Generate a consistent pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities across North American territories in partnership with Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Strategic Engagement: Proactively engage senior HR, EX, L&D, and Transformation leaders using a multi-channel outbound strategy including phone, email, LinkedIn, and events.
  • Qualification: Effectively qualify prospects by uncovering strategic workforce challenges, validating fit, and prioritizing accounts with the highest enterprise potential.
  • Collaboration: Deliver high-quality meeting handoffs to AEs with clear context, insights, and documented buyer intent.
  • Strategy & Hygiene: Maintain accurate CRM hygiene, track territory engagement, and contribute insights to improve regional go-to-market strategy while meeting or exceeding targets.

What You Bring
  • Experience: 2 to 5 years of total professional experience, ideally in enterprise SaaS with B2B sales development or inside sales experience.
  • Track Record: Demonstrated success selling into enterprise organizations, preferably to HR or L&D leaders.
  • Tech Stack: Experience using Salesforce or equivalent CRM and sales engagement tools such as HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage senior-level stakeholders.
  • Independence: Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

Our Interview Process & AI Transparency
At Perceptyx, we value your time and want our interviewers to be fully engaged in the conversation.
  • Note-Taking: We use Metaview.ai to record and summarize our interviews. This allows our hiring team to focus on you rather than typing notes, ensuring a fairer and more accurate evaluation of your experience.
  • AI Disclosure: While we use AI to assist in summarizing interview data, all final hiring decisions are made by Perceptyx employees. We do not use automated tools as the sole basis for selecting or rejecting candidates.
  • Your Choice (Opt-Out): Participation in recorded interviews is voluntary. If you prefer not to have your interview recorded via Metaview, please notify your recruiter or the interviewer at the start of the session. Opting out will not negatively impact your candidacy.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range:
  • USD: $60,000-$65,000 base salary per year
  • CAD: $85,000-$90,000 base salary per year
    • Note: Final compensation is determined by factors including experience, geography, and skills.
  • Benefits: Competitive compensation, performance-based incentives, comprehensive health benefits, and a strong focus on professional development and career progression.

Perceptyx is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to building a diverse team and encourage applications from candidates of all backgrounds.
