Build and own the integration layer connecting Perceptyx to third-party HR and downstream systems. Architect, implement, and operate ingestion pipelines, customer-facing APIs, and configuration portals. Ensure data correctness, idempotency, schema resilience, and observability. Drive AI-assisted development adoption, coach engineers, and collaborate with Product and vendors to deliver scalable, reliable integrations.

Sell Perceptyx enterprise employee-experience solutions by prospecting, managing full sales cycles, building executive relationships, developing account strategies, negotiating contracts, collaborating cross-functionally, forecasting, and meeting revenue targets.

The Product Deployment Specialist ensures new product capabilities are deployable and scalable, serving as a technical bridge between product strategy and implementation for enterprise customers.
