Generate qualified enterprise opportunities across North America via multi-channel outbound outreach to senior HR, Employee Experience, L&D, and Transformation leaders. Qualify prospects, maintain CRM hygiene, hand off high-quality meetings to Account Executives with clear context, and track territory engagement to meet or exceed targets.

Build and own the integration layer connecting Perceptyx to third-party HR and downstream systems. Architect, implement, and operate ingestion pipelines, customer-facing APIs, and configuration portals. Ensure data correctness, idempotency, schema resilience, and observability. Drive AI-assisted development adoption, coach engineers, and collaborate with Product and vendors to deliver scalable, reliable integrations.
