Overview

The Enterprise Architect joins the Americas Markets & Industries (AMI) Office of the CTO to work directly with Microsoft's most strategic customers in Canada. Based in Toronto, you will partner with senior technology leaders to shape the technical strategy behind their most ambitious cloud and AI initiatives, translating business objectives into strategies and patterns that deliver measurable outcomes at enterprise scale. You will engage across a broad range of technologies, solve complex business and technical challenges, and help customers accelerate innovation while building secure, resilient, and scalable platforms.

As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with customer executives, architects, engineers, and Microsoft account teams to guide technology decisions, remove obstacles, and drive successful adoption of Microsoft's platform capabilities. You will provide technical leadership throughout the customer journey, share best practices across the field, mentor technical communities, and help raise the quality and consistency of Microsoft's engagements across Canada.

As part of the AMI Office of the CTO, you will help connect customer needs, industry trends, and real-world implementation experience back into Microsoft. You will collaborate with engineering, product, and field teams to ensure customer feedback influences our products and strategy while strengthening Microsoft's ability to serve Canadian enterprises in addition to broader divisional initiatives and customers. We value curiosity, collaboration, technical excellence, customer obsession, and a growth mindset, and we're looking for a leader who can navigate ambiguity, build trusted relationships, and create meaningful impact for customers and Microsoft alike.  Based in the Greater Toronto Area, you will be required to meet customers on site frequently in the Microsoft Toronto location.
