We are seeking a Senior Java Engineer to oversee engineering initiatives, ensuring technical excellence and alignment with organizational goals. This role is hybrid and full-time.
What You'll Do
Define engineering standards and practices
Lead design and development of complex systems
Mentor engineers and foster skill development
Collaborate with architects and product teams
Ensure scalability, security, and performance of solutions
What You'll Need
Required:
Deep technical expertise in engineering disciplines
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Familiarity with modern development frameworks
Experience with microservices
Java Developer experience
Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
