Capco is looking for talented, innovative and creative people to join our incredible and growing Team focused on our financial services clients. We are looking for experienced Technology Project Managers with exceptional domain expertise who can work directly with our clients on mission-critical projects. 

Role Description

Project Description - 12-week engagement where BMO’s insurance capabilities are assessed to determine the most optimal approach for modernization, enhancing customer and advisor experiences while simultaneously achieving financial and operational efficiencies.

Tasks

  • Head the engagement from a project management perspective by participating in SteerCos with senior client stakeholders

  • Drive client interviews to assess the current state and prioritize areas of opportunity for modernization

  • Oversee the creation of a current state capability model coupled with a gap and maturity assessment of existing capabilities

  • Lead the prioritization of capabilities utilizing guiding principles and strategic themes to identify largest impact capabilities and quick wins

  • Develop a roadmap considering prioritized capabilities, dependencies and limitations of the client

  • Lead in crafting a business case to quantify the realized business benefits of prioritized initiatives

Skills Required

  • 10+ Project management experience

  • Insurance subject matter expertise

  • Strategic workshop facilitation

  • Business case creation

  • Gap and maturity analysis

  • Strategic prioritization and road mapping

  • Target operating model design

  • Stakeholder management
