Job Description Summary
Coordinates quality planning including control plans, FMEA's, audit/inspection details, sample submissions and training plans for inspection. Apply measures, sampling methods, testing methodology and other procedures that ensure quality standards are met. Monitors, reports and improves customer satisfaction performance. Implements and maintains plant wide quality systems.

  Job Responsibilities:
  The Series Life Quality responsible is responsible for ensuring that the products manufactured or distributed by the company comply with established quality standards and for overseeing the entire quality control process. Their role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the company's reputation for quality
  Key Responsibilities/Tasks:
  - Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards for products, in compliance with regulations and company standards
  - Supervise product inspection and testing activities, ensuring that control processes are effective and consistent
  - Analyze quality control results and identify deviations or non-conformities, proposing corrective and preventive measures
  - Manage customer complaints related to product quality by investigating root causes and implementing corrective actions
  - Coordinate internal and external quality audits, ensuring follow-up on recommendations and action plans
  - Participate in the development and updating of quality documents (manuals, procedures, technical data sheets, etc.).
  Skills and Competencies
  - Engineering degree or equivalent in a relevant field (industrial engineering, quality..
  - Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar position, preferably in the automotive sector
  - Excellent knowledge of quality standards and applicable regulations
  - Technical skills in the field of quality control and compliance testing
  - Ability to analyze data and solve problems methodically
  - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure the adherence to quality procedures
  - Excellente communication and teamwork skills
  - Ability to manage emergency situations and make quick decisions
  - Proficiency in computer tools and quality management software
  - Knowledge of IATF Core Tools and the IATF standard
