Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and creative intern with a background in Communications or Marketing to join our newly created dynamic team. This role will support the Global Employer Branding & Talent Attraction Associate Director in executing various projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing Lonza’s employer brand and attracting top talent. What you will do:

  • Operational Employer Branding Guardian: Work closely with our recruitment outsource provider to ensure all new collaterals are aligned with our EVPs, company tone, and language.
  • Career Site Management: Ensure our career site remains on-brand and effectively communicates our employer value propositions.
  • Project Support: Assist the Global Employer Branding & Talent Attraction Associate Director in driving various employer branding projects, such as reviewing and enhancing our EVPs, supporting the development of a Brand Ambassador Program, and contributing to the development of our strategic content calendar.

What we are looking for:

  • Holding a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
