As an electronics engineering intern, you will actively contribute to the analysis of our electronic circuit boards to drive continuous improvement in our manufacturing processes within the Measurement and Analysis (AUMA) business segment in Quebec City. Under the supervision of our production engineering methods technician, you will help optimize production tools, processes, and deliverables to reduce costs, improve quality, and meet delivery deadlines.


You will be mainly accountable for

  • Test, diagnose, repair, and document repairs to electronic circuit boards that require our technical expertise.
  • Participate in problem analysis and the implementation of corrective solutions with the continuous improvement teams.
  • Provide daily support to production engineering and quality assurance to ensure continuous, compliant deliveries in accordance with our quality standards.
  • Serve as a technical resource in your field of electrical engineering.
  • Contribute to the development and updating of maintenance plans for production equipment.
  • Develop new work methods and tools and train team members on how to use them.

Qualifications for the role


  • College or technical studies in electronic engineering or a related field.
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written. French is required. English is also required to communicate regularly with clients outside Quebec.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently, a sense of initiative, and a collaborative spirit.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Plus: knowledge of SAP, Windchill, Atlassian JIRA™, and Guide IT.
