Drive sales and growth for ABB’s Smart Buildings and Smart Power electrification portfolio across Ontario. Manage distributor, contractor, OEM, integrator, and end-customer relationships; identify and close opportunities; develop territory strategies; maintain accurate forecasts and pipelines; deliver proposals and commercial agreements; support marketing initiatives; and provide technical expertise in residential and commercial electrical products.

Leads national quotation and bid strategy for ABB’s Canadian Electrification business. Oversees configuration and quotation specialists, develops competitive integrated electrical-system proposals, advises sales leadership on pricing and risk, manages channel partner strategy, and directs strategic pursuits from qualification through contract award. Presents executive business reviews covering pipeline health, win/loss results, commercial risks, and growth opportunities.

Leads the Energy Industries operations function across the Americas, coordinating project execution, engineering, field service, supply chain, quality, planning, and continuous improvement. Establishes common operating standards, governance, performance routines, and controls across countries. Drives digital transformation through automation, analytics, technology deployment, and responsible AI use cases. Develops pilots, adoption plans, training, and scalable implementation models while improving productivity, quality, forecasting, cash, risk, and customer outcomes.

Serve as the technical bridge to OEMs, distributors, and channel partners for ABB Grid Components. Provide hands-on application engineering, review designs and BOMs, resolve escalations, develop application notes and training, track design-in pipeline, inform product strategy with market intelligence, and deliver partner workshops. Focus on medium-voltage products.

Leads mechanical engineering for mine hoist projects, including custom design of hoists, sheaves, hydraulics, brakes, and conveyance systems. Supports technical reviews, estimates, proposals, customer issue resolution, inspections, installations, and commissioning. Manages deliverables, costs, schedules, safety, quality, and vendor or subcontractor coordination. The role requires frequent travel to mine sites across Canada, the United States, Mexico, and South America.
