Serves as ABB’s technical design authority and customer-facing lead for Critical Power quality issues. Leads customer communications, issue-resolution action plans, onsite visits, project updates, and collaboration across engineering, service, factory, product management, and supply chain teams. Ensures compliance with safety, quality, and contractual standards while managing multiple projects. Requires electrical distribution or power systems expertise, familiarity with critical power equipment and industry standards, and approximately 25% travel.

Engineer high-power electrical systems for mining grinding applications, including MV drives, motors, transformers, control cabinets, and electrical infrastructure. Lead design, documentation, technical reviews, customer support, commissioning, and on-site troubleshooting across project lifecycles. The role serves as a technical customer contact and requires domestic and international travel of up to 30–40%, including hands-on support at surface and underground mining operations.

Supports engineering documentation, drawings, specifications, tendering, bid preparation, cost estimates, project scheduling, progress tracking, risk identification, and communications. The trainee rotates across engineering, project management, operations, and sales teams while developing expertise in ABB’s electrification service portfolio and contributing to timely, cost-effective project delivery.

Provides daily support to sales representatives, managers, and external customers through high-volume email management, product recommendations, Level 1 technical support, quotations, pricing assistance, and order issue resolution. Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams while sharing market information and supporting team operations. This hybrid six-month contract role is based in Milton, Ontario, with potential extension.

Leads end-to-end operations for ABB Robotics Canada, overseeing project execution, engineering, production, procurement, quality, logistics, and order administration. Owns safety, quality, delivery, inventory, productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction KPIs. Drives Lean Six Sigma, continuous improvement, ISO 9001:2015 compliance, cost reduction, risk management, capacity planning, and organizational development while ensuring adherence to operational and supply chain standards.

Drive sales and growth for ABB’s Smart Buildings and Smart Power electrification portfolio across Ontario. Manage distributor, contractor, OEM, integrator, and end-customer relationships; identify and close opportunities; develop territory strategies; maintain accurate forecasts and pipelines; deliver proposals and commercial agreements; support marketing initiatives; and provide technical expertise in residential and commercial electrical products.
