Serves as ABB’s technical design authority and customer-facing lead for Critical Power quality issues. Leads customer communications, issue-resolution action plans, onsite visits, project updates, and collaboration across engineering, service, factory, product management, and supply chain teams. Ensures compliance with safety, quality, and contractual standards while managing multiple projects. Requires electrical distribution or power systems expertise, familiarity with critical power equipment and industry standards, and approximately 25% travel.

Engineer high-power electrical systems for mining grinding applications, including MV drives, motors, transformers, control cabinets, and electrical infrastructure. Lead design, documentation, technical reviews, customer support, commissioning, and on-site troubleshooting across project lifecycles. The role serves as a technical customer contact and requires domestic and international travel of up to 30–40%, including hands-on support at surface and underground mining operations.

Supports engineering documentation, drawings, specifications, tendering, bid preparation, cost estimates, project scheduling, progress tracking, risk identification, and communications. The trainee rotates across engineering, project management, operations, and sales teams while developing expertise in ABB’s electrification service portfolio and contributing to timely, cost-effective project delivery.
