  • Provide design leadership coverage during staffing shortages, vacations, or absences to maintain project continuity.
  • Assist project teams with technical reviews, design coordination, and engineering problem resolution during all project phases.
  • Monitor project schedule adherence and support corrective actions to mitigate delivery risks.
  • Support implementation of quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) processes across regional projects.
  • Promote consistency in engineering standards, technical documentation, and project execution practices.
  • Facilitate stakeholder coordination among project teams, clients, and engineering disciplines to support successful project outcomes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to engineering execution, resource management, and project delivery.

  • Proven experience managing project budgets, resource planning, workload forecasting, and engineering staffing requirements.
  • Strong understanding of engineering QA/QC processes, technical reviews, and design management practices.
  • Experience supporting proposal development, scope definition, estimating, and competitive bid submissions.
  • Strong knowledge of applicable Canadian electrical codes, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team coordination skills.
