Our client is hiring a full-time E-Commerce Manager who will be responsible for managing and expanding key online sales channels.This role is perfect for someone who is entrepreneurial, highly organized, and eager to take ownership of a critical area within our company.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Developing and Expanding Partnerships: Identify and build relationships with key e-commerce partners and marketplaces.

  • Account and Relationship Management: Maintain strong communication with partners, ensuring long-term success and profitability.

  • Logistics and Fulfillment Coordination: Work with internal teams and third-party providers to ensure smooth order processing and on-time deliveries.

  • Data Analysis and Strategy: Monitor performance metrics, track trends, and adjust strategies to optimize sales and operations.

  • Operational Efficiency: Oversee processes related to inventory, fulfillment, and customer experience to ensure a seamless operation.

  • Process Improvement and Delegation: Create and refine workflows that support scalability, automation, and team collaboration.

What We're Looking For
  • A self-motivated individual with a problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach.

  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

  • E-commerce experience with a solid understanding of online sales and account management.

  • Ability to manage complex processes and work with multiple stakeholders.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Experience with working with multiple marketplaces

  • Familiarity with digital marketing, SEO, or online advertising is a plus.

  • College or university education is beneficial but not required.

Location & Hours
  • This is a hybrid role requiring on-site presence in Markham, ON four days per week.
