Job Description

As an E-Commerce Lead, your main focus will be to optimize internal search, manage day-to-day execution of product exposure and optimize ranking, including deals, analysis and execution.

This on-site role reports into our Commercial Manager and is based out of the Toronto Support Office.

A Day in the Life

Working at H&M means no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will include the following responsibilities*

  • Product exposure analysis and execution
  • Publish content on .com and app according to QCP and in alignment with Marketing calendar
  • Manage day-to-day execution of product exposure and optimize ranking, including deals and discount activities, according to QCP and ad-hoc adjustments to secure optimal performance
  • Optimize internal search (e.g., add synonyms)
  • Collaboration
  • Commercial Managers manages commercial plan per customer group and will give input on campaigns, activations and product strategies (including ranking)
  • Experience Leads manages overall site plan and will give input on actions to ensure a seamless end-to-end digital shopping journey across customer groups

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of online merchandising, UX, and site optimization
  • Strong analytical, commercial, and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and adapt to industry trends
  • 2+ years’ eCommerce experience, preferably in fashion retail
  • Experience working with eCommerce platforms and tools

Compensation: salary range is $ 78,400 **
