Summary of Job
The Domain Name Specialist supports Trader employees and dealers with issues related to domain name management.
Domain Name Management:
-Oversee launches of dealer websites
-Overseeing domain name transfer requests.
- Troubleshoot domain related issues with dealers, third parties and corporate partners.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Assist project managers with project related tasks (project dashboard setup, website content migration, website crawls, redirects, create callback URL tickets, etc.)
- Oversee launches of dealer websites
- Troubleshoot domain related issues
Job Requirements
Education, Experience and Technical skills
-2 to 5 years of experience in similar role
-Domain name setup and management experience
-Familiarity with webhosting technologies
- University degree in business or related field
- Experience in project administration.
- Proficient in MS Office tools, Project Management software (JIRA), Amazon Web Services Console, Content Management Systems (CMS), Content Delivery Network (CDN)
- Experience in a technology company
