  • Manage escalations, stepping in to address complex or high-impact hiring challenges as needed.
  • Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to talent acquisition, continuously improving recruitment techniques to enhance the candidate experience.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in all recruitment efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (10+ years) in talent acquisition and at least 4 years in a leadership position. Preferred candidates will have a blend of both agency and corporate experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field.
  • Extensive background in building and leading high-performance talent acquisition teams, preferably in a fast-paced scale-up or high-growth environment.
  • Successful track record of directly managing executive recruitment and working closely with C-Suite on critical hiring strategies and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Solid understanding of omnichannel business strategies and the ability to attract top talent across various channels, including online platforms, social media, and direct sourcing.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract diverse candidates while minimizing reliance on external agencies.
  • Knowledge of current recruitment trends, tools, and technologies, with the ability to leverage data and analytics to optimize recruitment efforts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
